Section 8 welcome 2 bed 1 bath with an office located in OKC. Our general requirements are 3x monthly rent in income (combined), no violent felonies, and no evictions in the last 5 years. We do allow pets with a 40lb weight limit on full grown animals and charge a $300 pet fee per pet and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
